This machine is suitable for automatic cleaning and drying of glass and lenses of different thicknesses. It adopts horizontal transmission and 6 sponges to absorb dryness; it adopts a strong hot air drying system for drying, the temperature is automatically controlled and freely set, and the transmission speed can be adjusted fast or slow.

01. Brush roller

The brush roller of the cleaning part is driven by an independent belt of the motor. It uses high-quality acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and high-temperature-resistant brushes, which have good cleaning effect and long service life

02. Transmission system

The transmission system is adopted, and the frequency conversion speed regulation can be directly operated on the panel to adjust the cleaning speed at will.

03. Transmission surface

The high-quality conveying rubber rollers are densely arranged, which can process glass of different sizes. Combined with gear transmission, the transmission is more stable.

04. Air drying system

The cleaning and air drying system can automatically clean and dry glass of different thicknesses, clean with brushes, dry with high-quality sponge rollers, and dry with hot air at one time.

The conveying rubber roller of the whole machine adopts vulcanized rubber and rubber-coated structure (contact with acidic liquid is strictly prohibited)
The water in the water tank circulates automatically.
