01. Brush roller
The brush roller of the cleaning part is driven by an independent belt of the motor. It uses high-quality acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and high-temperature-resistant brushes, which have good cleaning effect and long service life
02. Transmission system
The transmission system is adopted, and the frequency conversion speed regulation can be directly operated on the panel to adjust the cleaning speed at will.
03. Transmission surface
The high-quality conveying rubber rollers are densely arranged, which can process glass of different sizes. Combined with gear transmission, the transmission is more stable.
04. Air drying system
The cleaning and air drying system can automatically clean and dry glass of different thicknesses, clean with brushes, dry with high-quality sponge rollers, and dry with hot air at one time.

Product introduction:
- 1.The overall structure consists of four sections: inlet section, air drying section, cleaning section, and outlet section.
- 2.The rest of the sheet metal parts are all made of stainless steel
- 3.Brush rollers and Sponge rollers
- 4.The conveying rubber roller of the whole machine adopts vulcanized rubber and rubber-coated structure (contact with acidic liquid is strictly prohibited)
- 5.The water in the water tank circulates automatically.
- 6.The transmission motor is stepless transmission with stable speed. Longer service life.
The cleaning part and the air dryer are lifted as a whole, with a maximum lifting height of 350mm, which is easy to clean and maintain; three pairs of brushes are configured to clean ordinary coated and sunlight coated glass; two pairs of special wind knives are configured, with good wind power and air drying effects, and with a heating system; stainless steel assembly structure.
